Whether you are an HR representative seeking someone for transgender diversity training or an individual seeking transitional support, I am here ready to lend a hand.

My name is Renee Baker and I am a post-operative transgender woman. For so many years I felt stuffed inside of a closet and largely because of that, I love to get out and speak and do outreach whenever I can. It is important work and much needed in a world still scarred from gender discrimination. There is much healing to be done.

It is truly time for all of us to take back our personal free expression, to return to our hearts so that we can all lead more meaningful and rewarding lives. For gender freedom is freedom itself and why not move toward fuller lives, lives full of love.

It is time for all of us to challenge our belief systems and change what no longer is beneficial. We should break through our addictions to a system that keeps us plodding along in a rut. We should move past our required gender roles and into authentic selves, to become the creative and loving free spirits we are meant to be. It is time to conquer our fears.
