Dear Renee,
I just wanted to thank you for coming and speaking last Thursday. Everyone I spoke with was so moved by your story. I am so happy you were able to share your life with all of us. Thank you again!! I hope we can continue to work together and possibly have you speak sometime next semester. Thank you again for making the panel a success!

Dear Renee,
Again, it means so much to me that you and Jamy take time out of your busy lives to talk to so many people. You touch so many through your words...what you are doing with your lives is everything I'm trying to get across to my students with their “Change the World” projects. Thank you for living a life that inspires other to get up and do something.

Dear Renee,
I am hopeful that you will be able to join us again. What you brought to the panel discussion last year was great – your story is compelling and I know that you inspired some individuals. I have so many times thought about the transgendered student who had never had the opportunity to speak to someone with similar circumstances. You were powerful.

Renee is an exceptional speaker and very likeable person. She participated in UNT's Ally training as an expert on transgender issues. Her knowledge of the subject and willingness to share personal experiences generated high compliments from training participants. Renee is a beautiful person with a spirit of calmness and acceptance that immediately makes her very approachable, particularly in a seminar setting. She has an ability to explain transgender topics in understandable terms for any level of audience.
Renee and I also have a relationship as fellow board members for Youth First Texas. Consistently, Renee brings excellence and insight to the board. Due to her high level of education and keen insight, Renee contributes to many aspects of the board's business. She is truly a person who keeps others in mind at all time and shares of her time for the betterment of the youth we serve.
Anyone fortunate enough to have Renee in their circle of friends has a richer life by association with her.

"Renee has a very keen mind and is a joy to be around. She is knowledgeable and consistently surprises with her depth, sensitivity and insights. Her writing is extremely well done, concise with relevant facts and information presented in an engaging way that makes you glad to have read it. She has a relaxed, casual demeanor but can easily provide leadership of a group or join in the most complex discussions. She is probably one of the most interesting people I know."
